Qi Gong

 

Qi Gong is a 4,000-year-old Chinese practice of cultivating energy (Qi) through the use of slow movements and deep diaphragmatic breathing. This practice helps bring an individual to optimal health by reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, improving digestion and elimination, and strengthening the immune system.  Qi Gong movements will be taught to strengthen different organs of the body (Heart, Liver, Lungs, Kidneys, and Spleen). 

Wear loose clothing and sneakers for this seminar.
